Version 3.07

  • Fixed an issue that caused an information message to be shown multiple times when an item has an invalid imposition.
  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused an error when changing or adding a large format press to an order item.
  • Fixed an issue that caused a discrepancy between the order search and export when filtering by invoice date.
  • Fixed an issue that could sometimes cause wide format presses to double the sale price based on hourly rate.
  • Order items calculating by both sheet-wise and work-turn will now correctly count plates on the second side.
  • Fixed an issue that could sometimes cause a selected outsourced vendor’s scales to remain on an item after removing them from the item.
  • Client emails will no longer be shown when drafting or sending an outsourced email.
  • Order items calculating stock by piece will now correctly round sheets for cost and sheets for price to a whole number value in generated work orders.

  • The Checkout page will now correctly populate address fields based on the login contact or the customer he/she belongs to.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented the shopping cart from updating the price when changing the selected quantity.

  • Sheets for cost and sheets for price will now correctly calculate when using stock that calculates by piece.
  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused the 2nd side of the press display to be shown when viewing a single sided job.

  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused a contacts additional contact information (such as mobile phones and fax numbers) to appear selectable when sending an email.
  • Changing a customer on an order will now correctly populate all related fields on an order, including contact information if no contact is selected.

  • Fixed an issue that could sometimes cause the currency values displayed while viewing a quote to be incorrectly formatted.
  • The Tasks display for customers will now support paging beyond the first 20 items.
  • Ungrouped department items will now be displayed with other Finishing items while viewing the pricing quote for an order item.
  • Users without permission to view or edit pricing on an order item will now correctly see department items.
  • Orders viewed when editing a payment can now be correctly sorted by order date.
  • Fixed an issue that could sometimes cause an error to occur when attempting to update all template options after saving a department item.
  • Corrected the functionality of the following tags as they are related to canned shipping emails:
