The topic for this training session is CRM. This will provide an overview of all the components that make up the CRM menu, and show you how to do some common tasks: creating a new customer, creating a new contact, editing a customer/contact, and importing customers/contacts. This session is ideal for CSRs and anyone who will spend a significant amount of time interacting with Customer and Contact data, as well as learning about how to initially populate this data manually or by importing .csv file information. Here are some more details about what is covered in this session:

  • Using the search and smart list function to filter customers and contacts
  • How to manually create a new customer or contact and the significance of various fields and tables
  • How to interact with customers and contact views in other areas, and how to use the Actions button to edit them
  • Tips and tricks for how to successfully import customer and contact data in .csv format, and how to deal with error codes
